Cant run startDB.sh
I am using putty to connect to my Service Desk server and start the DB but when i start the DB using sh startDB.sh i got this message:

FATAL: lock file "postmaster.pid" already exists
HINT: Is another postmaster (PID 29374) running in data directory "/opt/ManageEngine/ServiceDeskPlus-MSP/pgsql/data"?
