opmanager probe and ticket creation

opmanager probe and ticket creation

Hi, I have SD MSP and some opmanager probe in our customers network. I try to connect the probe at the SD in order to create a ticket. I correctly connect the probe at the SD MSP, but when I made an "notification log Profile" can not select Category or priority or technician. The probe aren't able to see these value. If I try to test the notification log profile the probe create correctly an ticket but not is classified.

My probe version it's 11600 and SD MSP version it's 9005.

I read in the web that the problem it's possible to be special character in these field (category or priority or technician).For test I installed a new SD MSP test server with only the original data inside and also the probe aren't able to read the data.

can someone help me to trobleshout this problem.
