Cannot display sub-menu after upgrade to V10
After upgrade to V10. Cannot see the sub-menu correctly when using Chrome browser. IE9 is ok. How to fix it?

Dear Sir, Can we monitor wan link in opmanager? My scenario:- Router R1 is in delhi, Router R2 is in aligarh, Router R3 is in agra. R1 is directly connected to R2 and there is also a redundant path between R1 and R2 via R3. Now if link between R1 and R2 goes down and the route has been automatically updated. Now the traffic is routed via R3. Do we get alert for down link of R1 and R2?

WAN RTT and VoIP Modules
Hi, Is it possible to remove these modules from an OpManager installation? Is it possible to remove the WAN RTT dashboard / VoIP dashboards from the list of dashboards selectable. Is it possible to remove the WAN RTT and VoIP items from the infrastructure snapshot area. These are taking up valuable real-estate space on the screen and as we are not using them are confusing some users of the dashboards. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many TIA Andy
syslog source ip is error in syslog viewer
If the version of Opmanager is 9010, it is normal. but if upgrade it to 9200 and above, the souce ip address will become error. If the Version is 9200 , all source ip address will become 2013 If the Version is 9400 or above, all source ip address will become 0.0.7.221
Very detailed reporting for VMs and Servers in OpManager?
I am looking for a way to create very detailed reports in OpManager. I want to create a CPU Utilization report that shows CPU usage every 5 minutes for the last 30 days. When I choose LAST 30 DAYS in reporting, it gives me CPU usage for the past 30 days, but it only lists one reading per day. Is there a way to get more detailed?

email notice excluding for specific event logs
Hi, I want to exclude email notice for a specific application log, but still want to see them on the alert page. I've tried this. First, I added a new rule that ignores the log that I don't need email notices for, and checked it only on the notice configuration settings with the 'all application' rule. for the event log settings, I chose only the 'all application' rule. but it didn't work as I expected, I recieved emails for all application logs. an engineer told me that the new rule doesn't work
Alerting on Latency and Packet Loss
We are evaluating OpManager and we are trying to match up our current Alerting Rules. We use Orion and I have an alert that is configured in the following way: Latency:Trigger when above 400ms for <any of our remote routers> where condition exists for more than 2 minutes. Packet Loss: Trigger when above 0% for any router where condition exists for more than 2 minutes. Is there any similar rules in OPManager that can mimic these alerts?

Cisco IOS backup or upgrade capabilities?
Hello, I found a 5-year-old post requesting help with this, where the answer was "feature will be added in a future version". Does OpManager yet have the capability to backup my Cisco switch IOS files as well as the configuration? Is there perhaps a Deployment Tool for setting up new Cisco switches and/or upgrading or downgrading the IOS file(s) and/or all files in the flash filesystem(s)? thank-you! KC
Log File Monitoring
How can i get notified when the log file doesnt have a specific string . For example i want to make sure each log file has the common string " raw signal " . By this way opmanager will warn us when the log file didnt created expectedly. For now i just see only String Match case . How can i imply this scenario ? Thanks.
WMI based monitoring error
Dear Support, I got problem with WMI monitoring, cannot get data CPU, Memory and all monitoring. but when I test WMI credential setting get output normal, then I test with WMI Tester get output normal too. when I test monitor get data CPU or Memory show error message. Client that monitored by Opmanager most of win 2008 server and win 2003 server. but others server used CLI and SNMP its seem normal and can get the data. Now I used Opman Ver 10000. this problem show up when I user ver 9410. OS Opmanager

Process Monitor for Reporting purpose only - no alert
Is there a possibility to use the process monitor only for reporting and not for alerting? I would like to monitor some user processes that are running on a citrix server to determine how much a process consumes, but I don't want a alert, if the process is not running. for example: I would like to know how much CPU and RAM Acrobat.exe is using over a certain time. But Acrobat.exe is not running all the time, so it should not generate a alert if it is not running. thanks

I would like to know how I can customize the view that show cpu and memory utilization for each device category for example , I would like to show juniper and sonicwalls current connection count but both of them is on seperate oid's. How or where in the program do you customize those three output to show on the device dashboard ? I have tried to find it in the documentation , If I missed please just point to correct part of Documentaion.
How to define what is a WAN link?
I'm using Opmanager 8721 with the SLA license and need to know how to set an interface as "WAN link". I running the dashboard widget "WAN links by availability" for a specific business view that only has my WAN routers in it. My problem is that some of my WAN links are ethernet and these are not showing up in the report. It looks to be only pulling up the dialer and FR interfaces. Can I change an interface to be classes as a WAN interface? Thanks, Brendan

Dears, This is my first implementation for OppManager and I am kindly need your assistance. The customer have 3come switches and Fortigate firewall, my problem is that Oppmanger is not providing CPU, Memory utilization, etc.. while providing all details regarding their Ethernet ports for the same devices. Adding Exchange monitoring to existing Virtual Server.
I have a virtual Exchange 2010 server that was not added explicitly as an Exchange server, but that I'm trying to add Exchange monitoring to after the fact. Moving Devices From One Probe to Another
Morning, I am currently looking to migrate a number of devices from one of our OpManager Probes onto another one of our Probes as we are looking to decommission one of them. I was just wondering if there was an easy way to do so rather than manually re-entering the devices onto the other Prober (i.e. export data from SQL db and import data into other db)? Physical health monitoring on ESX4.1
Hello, I am monitoring an ESX4.1 installed on a HP proliant DL380 G5. I need to monitor things like power supply, temperature etc... As OpManager is based on native API, I don't need any agent installation on my ESX, do I? Even if OpManager doesn't use SNMP for ESX monitoring, can we use a MIB to get those informations?
