This is my first implementation for OppManager and I am kindly need your assistance.

 

The customer have 3come switches and Fortigate firewall, my problem is that Oppmanger is not providing CPU, Memory utilization, etc.. while providing all details regarding their Ethernet ports for the same devices.

 

Please find attached the snapshot and advice.
