Hello, I have problems with a server running OpManager, and I'm installing to another new server. How do extract the license that is working today and move to this new server? The person who installed the system no longer works for the company. Thanks for the help.

After 60 Probes Central Server starts slowing down for each additional probe.
I have 66 probes at my 66 centers, if I stop 6 of them, then Central Server can load the Home page (or any page) in about 1-2 seconds, each additional running probe over 60 adds 1-2 seconds. I am going to setup our 67th data center probe next week and my load time for the Central Server home page (or any page) is 12 seconds. I need help getting this fixed. I called Tech Support, their response is that I am not supposed to use the software that way. Where can I get real support from people who aren't
MS SQL Databases not showing up
I upgraded to 8040 earlier this week. I'm attempting to add MS SQL monitors to some of our database servers. When I do, none of the databases are listed. I have another database server that was already being monitored pre-8040, and it still recognizes newly added databases fine. Is this a 8040 issue or something else?
Chrome 31 errors
Chrome upgraded to version 31 yesterday and I am now receiving confirmation errors in Opmanager when trying to change pages or reload. Has anyone else seen this?

DHCP SNMP Monitor Returns 0 Value
So I have set up a new SNMP Monitor for DHCP Free IPs. When I use the MIB application to query the server, it returns the correct values, but when I try to do the query from the device in OpManager, the value always comes back as 0. Ideas?

TopoMapper issues
team, I noted you had release TopoMapper in following URL: http://www.manageengine.com/topomapper/ I downloaded & tried it, found there are following issues: 1. The Topo Mapper could not be installed in a machine that OpManager had running/installed. 2. Memory/Disk Utilization not displaying after upgrade to 10200
Hello, After upgrading to 10200 (last night) I noticed that any physical server is no longer collecting or displaying Memory or Disk Utilization. This is happening for all versions of Windows 2003 (32/64it), Windows 2008 (64bit), Windows 2008r2 (64bit) and Windows 2012 (64bit). If we go into Memory/Disk Utilization and click test it starts to work again, but we have a few hundred physical servers still. Is there a fix available for this? TIA

Historical 'All Alerts' report shows only 'Clear' alerts
Hello, Good Morning. I am trying to run "Reports->System->All Alerts" report to take out all alerts occurred in the month of 'August'. But i only get 'Clear' alerts, not other severity alerts. Is there any mistake that we have configured such a way to retain only 'Clear' alerts in the database?. Do you have any DB query to pull "All Alerts" of any severity for a specific date range?. Various Issue in OpManager Implementation
We have recently purchased OpManager Enterprise for our Multi-site implementation. However we keep running into random issues which is seriously hampering our completion goal which we are unable to achieve. Firstly i would like to mention that we are simply using it to monitor via SNMP for network devices. Following random issues we have come across different probes as we have 5 probes with a central server 1. Current Instance of OpManager Drive Filling Up (Repost)
The original post/question was never answered I noticed this morning that some of the dashboard features like a device's drive availability had broken links, the notification profiles were no longer associated with the monitored devices, etc. I asked our server admin to restart the machine that hosts OpManager and has the below information and questions. Opmanager Probe 11.1 blank dashboard after new install
Greetings! After upgrading our OpManager Enterprise (with several working probes) to version 11.1, we tried to install a new probe. Even though the probe installation was successful, now the dashboard shows a blank page and it seems that there is no data in the database. We tried to drop the database and create it again but no luck, same error appears. Has the installation of a new probe changed for version 11.1? Thanks in advance, best regards, Jorge.
Stop open Internet Explorer page every time I start the services PLEASE
Could you stop once for all to automatically open Internet Explorer at the end of services restart? I continually receive annoying pop-up messages asking to switch the session to see the message. Some time, looking at the task manager I can see tens of internet explorer processes consuming megabyte of RAM. I know that there is a way to avoid this by changing some parameter on some file I don't remember, but this is really frustrating. I think the best way is to disable this feature by default. Asking

Hello, I just installed a new OpManager 11.1 and add a Vmware Host, but took long time so I decided to refresh the page. Later on, I tried to added it again, but shows up a message : Device already present in the System , I tried to find it but the system return and Error Page with no more detail. Uptime of Virtual Node's / DAG's
Is OpManager able to track the uptime and SLA's of Exchange 2010 DAG's, VIP's and Cluster Resources? Clearly, a single server in a cluster going offline is not necessarily a true indication of a service failure if there are other servers that continue to provide service in the case of one server failing. We need to be able to monitor the service availaility (web, SQL, Exchange) more than the actual server's themselves. Thanks
VMware Monitoring - Can't add one host
Hi We are currently trialling OPmanager to see if it is a feasible product for us to use. We are currently having trouble adding one of our 4 VMware hosts. 1-3 add without any problems and discover all attached VMs. The 4th one has the exact same setup as the first 3 yet it will not add. We are using our root username/password as a credential to access the host. I have tested this credential by logging directly onto the VMware host. I have even reset this to make sure that isn't the issue. The error

Hello, We started getting the alarm "The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable " on some servers when we reboot them. What is this alarm? I can't figure out which monitor this is... Plus, this alarm clears between 4 hours to 2 days after it got triggered even when the server is up and running. Save Changes Does Not Work on Home Tab
I click edit tab and then click on the home button. I then give it the url for a custom dashboard and click ok. Next, I click the Yes next to save changes in the yellow button above the tabs. The url does not get saved to the home tab. Why doesn't this work?
Timezone is wrong
It seems TZ database is not correct in the latest OpManager. OpManager 10200. MSK time is 6:xx pm, Opmanager's time is 05:xx pm. Is there a way to fix this ? Thanks
