We are currently trialling OPmanager to see if it is a feasible product for us to use. We are currently having trouble adding one of our 4 VMware hosts. 1-3 add without any problems and discover all attached VMs. The 4th one has the exact same setup as the first 3 yet it will not add. 

We are using our root username/password as a credential to access the host. I have tested this credential by logging directly onto the VMware host. I have even reset this to make sure that isn't the issue.

The error message we get is:  Failed to connect the VMware Host WebService(Device may not be reachable/Credentials may be wrong). The device is obviously reachable as servers are hosted there. 

This lead me to checking the firewall settings on the hosts. The settings set on Host 4 are the same as 1,2 and 3. I then checked dns settings and all authentication methods between the hosts and they are all the same.

If anyone has any suggestions I would be happy to try them out.
