I just installed a new OpManager 11.1 and add a Vmware Host, but took long time so I decided to refresh the page.

Later on, I tried to added it again, but shows up a message : Device already present in the System , I tried to find it but the system return and Error Page with no more detail.

How can I clean this unsuccessful discovery ?

Database is MSSQL 2008R2
