Good Morning. 

I am trying to run "Reports->System->All Alerts" report to take out all alerts occurred in the month of 'August'. But i only get 'Clear' alerts, not other severity alerts. 

Is there any mistake that we have configured such a way to retain only 'Clear' alerts in the database?.

Do you have any DB query to pull "All Alerts" of any severity for a specific date range?. Please suggest me.
