How to schedule router health report?
Hello guys, If click on report and see there is health report. But when you schedule report from admin tab there is no health report selection. Why is that? How to generate scheduled health reports for routers and switches? Thanks for your help. Best regards, Delgee

No display in Win2003
Dear all, We test in the Win2003 Server. But the Screen is no display. Also, the credentail is falied. why? We enabled SNMP service. We attached screenshot file. We testd http://localhost and http://192.168.10.13 (OPM server is installed in the 192.168.10.13) but OPM server is successed in the remote web browser. MSSQL Monitoring - Active User Connections
Hi all, We have recently discovered an irregularity between the 30day and 90day reports. As attached please see the reports for the past 30days and the past 90days. How to add an APC UPS for dummies?
I swear, I must be dumb, because I have searched and read and read, and none of the previous posts help me. Can you give a dummies guide to adding an APC UPS in Opmanager 7? It's a SmartUPS 2200 RM. It is connected to a server via USB, and that alone. I have SNMP enabled in the APC console. Please give me the dumbed down steps. I see responses like, "Open up mib broswer and add it". Easier said than done. I know very little about SNMP, and am new to OpManager, we just bought it.
Poor performance and problem with java.exe
Hello I have a problem to get OpManager to run stable. First, the performance is at all times poor. Meaning: it takes long to change the view in the browser window. Second, after a week or so java.exe climbs to 100 % CPU. At this time nothing works, no alarms, no browser connection etc. I need to get this fixed asap, as a monitoring system that needs another monitoring system that checks if it is running is not really appropriate :-) Third: If someone has an easy description on how to get everything

CPU Utilisation shows 0% for monitoring AIX servers using CL
Hi I am using OPManager 7 to monitor my AIX servers. The CPU utilisation always show 0%. I am using CLI (telnet) to monitor the server and connection to AIX server is happening correctly. I am also attaching the hostresource.xml file for review. Can you please let me know what configuration I need to make for CPU utilisation to show correct data? :roll:

i add one server , it is giving the server added sucessfully but i don't see it . also i click network discovery , it find about 11 device , when i click import device . it is not appearing . how i can make repiar for database
Adding a Device - ERROR
I added a device to a category in OPManager. OPManager said that the device was added successfully to the category. When I go to access the device it is already labeled but has an error message "Status Message Unable to find the object : 10.8.19.X" I cannot delete this device or re-add it because it says that it already exists. I need HELP with this. Thank you!
Custom Templates - Wierd Issue
I created a custom template as a test. Named it appropriately "Test ....". as with all the other custom templates I have made they are listed under the CUSTOM button under templates. For some reason this particular one is not listed under CUSTOM anymore and it is under ALL, like it is a regular Template. How do I delete the templates that are already there? Or better yet, how did a template I made ( a custom one ) go from being a custom one to a regular one???? Anyone have this happen?
bulk function for thresholds
Hi, Do anyone know if you could change the thresholds and values of the response time of routers without having to do this on every single one of them? OPManager is not working anymore
Hello, I have a strange problem. I was in holiday for two weeks, befor OPManager worked. Now, when I try to add a New Device, I just get a blank screen. Also there are no monitoring data, alarms or any new data. I think there is maybe somethin wrong with the DB, but the local RepairDB script is doing nothing. Just telling me I have to hit a key, and then its over. I had the same problem some months ago. The only way to solve the problem was to reinstall the hole software. But I don't want to lose
Send mail alarm
Hello, We have configured Opmanager to check some Url, and send mail when the response time is over that is configured. Opmanager send us the alarms, but don't send the clear of this alarms (when the response time is back to normal). Dell PowerConnect 2724 and RMON
I have the above Switch and although I can add the device in to OpManager, I cannot then "Zoom In" to the switch ports etc. Is there any way I can extract RMON stats from my switch? I can access the stats from a web-gui on the switch, which is no good to me. Thanks, Adrian.
Alert events are gone

Disabling alerts, without disabling monitoring
HI Guys, One of our servers went down and as the rules were set, we were getting notified. And the way it is set is it keeps sending notifications after polling the device to see if it's still down. My question is, how do I disable the notifications once we know the server is down, but still monitor the downtime for reporting purposes? VMWare ESX 3.5 Monitoring
I added a VMWare ESX 3.5 server to OpManager for monitoring, but I cannot access that server page. I get the message "Vmware Monitoring Add On Feature is not licensed." I don't have the VMWare license for OpManager and would like to remove this server. I can't seem to find a way to do that.
Monitoring Intervals
Is it possible to change the monitoring intervals down to seconds. There are some devices we have that needs constant monitoring? If not, is ManageEngine planning to add such improvement in the feature releases?
Login Details - Use the below credential for the device
hi, I used an Active Directory account setting up some devices and used the setting "Use the below credential for the device". Now I can't locate the server that I setup with the AD account and it keeps locking the account. Is there a way I can easily file what devices are using what accounts? MS SQL server FQDN change
We have just migrated our network to a new AD domain structure. This means that the FQDN of the MS SQL server has changed. How do I modify OpManager to point to sqlserver.newdomain.com from sqlserver.olddomain.com. I tried using DBConfiguration.bat but it only reports that a database already exists. I've temporarily worked round the problem by creating an A record in olddomain.com for sqlserver. Any help would be appreciated as olddomain.com is to be retired soon.

Serious problems with opmanager 7201 "unable to fetch m
Hi I have run into some big problems with our opmanager system. When i click a device I just get the following message �Unable to fetch Managed Object details for the object : computername.domain�. I have updated our software to the latest version, i also patched the software with the 7201 patch wich should solve this issue. I have tried to run repairDB.bat without results. Monitoring Multiple Hard Drives
I searched through the forums for an answer to this because surely someone has already asked but I can not figure out how to monitor multuple hard drives on a single server with OpManager. I would like to use WMI and have OpManager have seperate alerts to let me know if the C: or D: or E: are nearing capacity. 3 seperate alerts. By default, OpManager seems to sum the drives together or maybe this is a WMI limitation. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi, I am trying to set up Exchange 2007 monitoring on Opmanager but can't get it to work. Are there any things i need to set up first to get this running. I have 2 Servers Running Exchange 2007 Hub Transport + Client Access Modes and 2 Servers Running a SCC Active/Passive Exchange 2007 Mailbox Role. Whenever i try to set up Exchange 2007 monitoring on any servers using any options all i get is the following error 80041010 - Specified class is invalid. We lost interface charts after we updated to 7.2 + Hotfix.
