Service Pack 2 Released

Hi Everyone,

We are happy to announce the release of Service Pack 2 for OpManager 7.1. Here is the list of new features and fixes that are available in the latest release,

New Features:

1. SNMP V3 is now supported

2. Process Monitoring for Unix boxes. Provide CLI Credentails to get the process stats. 8)

3. Support for String OID.

4. Acknowledged Alarms will not be escalated via Alarm Escalation.

5. Get detailed reports on Availability by viewing various states like OnHold, Parent Down, Dependent Unavailable and so on.

6. Time based Availability Report.

7. Receive Scheduled Reports in Excel Format.

Critical Issues that got fixed:

1. Better performance of Webclient.

2. Device Name now available when we take Router Interface Reports.

3. Switch Port Mapper- Mapping not shown for the selected devices is fixed.

Important:

Apply this pack over build 7100 and above. Backup your data before performing any upgrade.
