OpManager 7.201 - can't see interface charts
We lost interface charts after we updated to 7.2 + Hotfix. Intefaces are shown and they show current traffic counters like this:
65540 HP NC7782 G... 1 Gbps 1 Gbps IF-sc-pd-acrm0... 33.623 kbps (0.0%) 99.681 kbps (0.01%) 0
But when I click on the interface to see details, it says:
Sorry, no data available for Graph. Try other options
7-days chart shows data before the date of the Opmanager 7.2 upgrade.
It happens for all devices: servers, routers, switches.
Please help!
