Disabling alerts, without disabling monitoring
HI Guys,
One of our servers went down and as the rules were set, we were getting notified. And the way it is set is it keeps sending notifications after polling the device to see if it's still down. My question is, how do I disable the notifications once we know the server is down, but still monitor the downtime for reporting purposes?
In my situation, I got rid of the alerts but I also unmanaged the device, so when it came time to see the downtime report, it only reported the device being down for 1 hour....
