CPU Utilisation shows 0% for monitoring AIX servers using CL

I am using OPManager 7 to monitor my AIX servers. The CPU utilisation always show 0%. I am using CLI (telnet) to monitor the server and connection to AIX server is happening correctly.
I am also attaching the hostresource.xml file for review.
Can you please let me know what configuration I need to make for CPU utilisation to show correct data? :roll:
