How we receiving the SNMP V3 Trap in ManageEngine
Hi , We have Cisco ISR router with following configure for the SNMP v3 trap Configuration details 1, Snmp version:V3 2.Security level: Authentication with privacy 3.User name 4.Authenticaion password,protocol 5.privacy protocol with password But we did not know how to receive the SNMP V3 trap into Manage Engine. Opmanager esxi graph performance
Hello! I have tested Opmanager 12.3, and add vcenter appliance (which consist 5-6 esxi host). But, now when I go to GRAPHs page to se graphs performance, I don't see anything... All graph, like CPU Utilization [VIWebService] show data Data not available . How I can configure collect performance information from vcenter and see this on graph ?
OPM v12200 Downtime Schedule without registers
Hi, I have the version 12200 in OpManager and recently I disabled a downtime schedule and when I done clic in save all the others records disappeared. After that if I want add a new one I can do it but does not showed the new record. This is an example about the register of a new one downtime schedule. redo Opmanager from scratch
Hello Community, We would like to redo our OpManager server from scratch (v12 with MSSQL) and come back to the bundle version with embedded DB. Unable to Register Probe to Central Server v.12.3.091
Support, I am trying to install a OpManager Probe Server but I am running into issues. Our Central Server is running OpManager version 12.3.091. Scenario 1: Probe version 12.200 is unable to register to Central version 12.3.091. Scenario 2: Probe version 12.3.119 (Latest Probe Version) is unable to register to Central version 12.3.091. Simple code for triggering threshold condition
Hi, I'm new to opmanager and am trying to understand the workings of the custom scripts feature. I tried to write a simple script for triggering the threshold condition, but it doesn't seem to work. I'm not sure what needs to be done exactly. Could someone point me in the right direction? Note: The website won't let me post the images, so here is the sample code. OP Manager locks my Active Directory account
Since upgrading to 12.3.000 and then 12.3.070, OP manager keeps locking my AD account every hour. My user account is not used in the credentials repository, there are no windows services running under my credentials, no windows scheduled tasks. I queried the database (select * from hrdetails), my credentials are not mentioned. I have gone through every configuration without any success. I know it is OP manager because if I stop the service, my account no longer locks out. Any help would be appreciated.
High CPU Utilization with last build

Opmanager is not showing the custom date stats values whereas it shows today,yesterday,1WK etc., values. Service restart didn’t help us. Is there anything i need to make it work ?

Is it possible to rename a dashboard, and/or reorganize the widgets within?
Good morning, I'm currently trying to rename a dashboard within OpManager, as well as organize the widgets on screen in a desired order. I'm only able to find the option to a) create a new dashboard, or b) add widgets to the existing dashboard. This is on build 12200. According to the documentation at http://help.opmanager.com/edit_dashboard_layout, I should be able to use the Actions drop-down menu, but I can't seem to track down that particular menu. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

SNMP is matched but test credential always failed
hi, my client having a server with Windows server 2008 OS, and i set up the SNMP community strings on that server so that i can monitored with OPManager, but there is a problem when i want to test credential which is always failed, whereas, the community string is already same between OPmanager and the server and i the firewall setting on the server is allowed (SNMP). is there any posible cause ?? thanks
Delete a subnet with size 1073741822
Hi, We have an issue with one of the subnet. One subnet is showing size 1073741822. Not sure where did it appear from as no switches/routers added in OpManager got this subnet defined. We tried deleting it, but the operation goes forever. Any idea how we can delete it. Thank you,
unable to create a Log Files Monitoring template

Hi after i backup data and restored to a new opmanager server my switches interface's graphs have nothing to report ad show me "No Data" instead of this in,performance report also show me No data available in this period when i change the period to data before my backup everything is ok but after that is nothing also i try to add a new device but the new device also interface graphs has no data what ca i do for this problem?
OPM12200 - User dont show inventory, business views and monitor's information
Hi, I have an issue with OPM build version 12200, an user with access control like Operator do not show the information although it has the scope to selected business views. In the inventory do not appear any monitor and with the admin user I have 24 devices. If I see the business views and it have assocated monitors in everyone If I see one of the business view I can see the map view with the monitors. But if I see one of these monitors send the next. OPM AD authentication stopped working after password change
Hi, Our company's OpManager uses AD authentication and one of our OPM users changed his AD password recently. After password change he can no longer login to OPM with his AD credentials (tested new and old passwords). What could have caused this? User who changed password said that the new password contains exclamation mark (!), could this cause some kind of issue? Rest of the OPM users who haven't changed their AD passwords can login to OPM normally. Best regards, Janne

OpManager Downtime schedule does not work with week
Hi, I have an issue with the Downtime Schedules when I add a new chedule. This schedule is every saturday at 9AM to 9PM When I saved the schedule I selected sunday but it show Saturday 13 in case of sunday 7 of january. OpManager stopped working - .\config\ports.properties (access is denied) error
We are having problems with our OpManager service; it is not accessible via the normal web gui interface, and when I log directly into the server housing the software I also cannot open the software. I tried stopping and restarting the service, and rebooting the server but it is still inaccessible. When I try to open it in Windows, it gives me the error “.\config\Ports.properties (access is denied). It was working fine yesterday but apparently stopped working overnight. One of my coworkers says
Incorrect SNMP Interface graphs. Opmanager 12.3
I'm having problems with the accuracy of the Interface Graphs since upgrading to 12.3. The Total Bytes Transferred, Interface Traffic, and Packets are all wrong. The only graph that is correct is the Interface utulisation. The interface is a 1Gbps link but connected to a 20Mbps MPLS. The Interface speed in OpManger has been set to 20Mbps. When the interface was still set to its native speed (1Gbps) the graphs were all incorrect.
IPAM scheduling and other caveats
How do you setup a scan schedule for IPAM in version 12.3? Subnets scanned and show minimal devices and availability of 0. Example: /24 subnet 15 are used and 0 are available...seems to be incorrect.
Rules Engine Filter by EntityID
I would like to create some monitors that apply to all Non-VM servers that are running Windows. My though would be to do this though the rules engine as their is no "not a vm" device template. However there is no way add criteria in the rules engine to filter by VM or Not VM. Using the REST api I see that the status of a device as a VM is set in the field EntityID. I would like to request that a criteria for EntityID be added as an available rules filter. I would be a lot to use the rules engine
Create Custom WMi monitor that can be applied via Rule Engine
I would like to create a custom WMi monitor that can be applied via a Rule Engine rule. How can i do this there is no option under Monitoring \ Performance Monitors to create WMI monitors. i could create them on the individual devices but i want to apply to multiple servers based on weather or not a service exists on those servers.

Unlimited VM monitoring in 12.3?
In version 11, we had a license for unlimited VM monitoring in the Essential version -- OpManager would automatically provide the performance info for all VM's without requiring any credentials except the VCenter host. In version 12.3, it seems this is completely disabled (unless I'm missing a setting somewhere) and any VM's now require some credential and an IP address to monitor which uses up a license. Is this intentional or how do I go back to monitoring all my VM's without having to provide
