OpManager stopped working - .\config\ports.properties (access is denied) error

OpManager stopped working - .\config\ports.properties (access is denied) error

We are having problems with our OpManager service; it is not accessible via the normal web gui interface, and when I log directly into the server housing the software I also cannot open the software. I tried stopping and restarting the service, and rebooting the server but it is still inaccessible. When I try to open it in Windows, it gives me the error “.\config\Ports.properties (access is denied). It was working fine yesterday but apparently stopped working overnight.

 

One of my coworkers says the software is pointing to our C drive and should be pointing to the D drive, and is not sure how that would have been changed.

 

Any assistance you can provide would be much appreciated.
