Hi All,

We know that it has been a long time since the version 12.0  and the service pack to upgrade to 12.2 was released. Some of you might have tried version 12.0 and decided to stay in version 11.6 due to UI glitches and the different UI navigation. Some of you may already ungraded to version 12.0 but would prefer to use the old UI. This post is especially for you.

1)Now you can directly upgrade your 11.6 OpManager to 12.3.094 build bypassing 12.2 and 12.3 service packs. We have come up with a custom service pack to reduce the downtime due to multiple upgrades. Please fill the same form and get the new instructions from our support team.

2) For those who liked the old UI, we came up with a UI navigation which is almost similar to version 11.6's classic UI. If you are in build 12.3.090 or above, you can try the horizontal menu bar under Quick links-->Global settings-->Menu bar-->Horizontal Alignment.

Once saved, a horizontal menu bar will be displayed, similar to version 11.6.

3)There is also an option to hide the unused modules inside OpManager. You can configure it under Settings-->Basic Settings-->General-->System settings.
