Recently I have been evaluating OpManager and I am quite stuck at the new feature for storage server monitoring. I am planning to monitor 2 versions of NetApp storage, 7-mode and cDot, and I have prepared the lab environment accordingly. I have successfully discovered these 2 versions successfully using SNMP (granted there are some problems with the data in cDot, albeit minor), but I cannot seem to perform discovery using NetApp API (ONTAPI).

Within the NetApp console, I configured new user with ontapi access and made sure to enable the web service. Using "security login show" and "system services web show", I can see that the intended user has been configured correctly and the web service is enabled. However, the discovery page always shows "Test Connection Failed" using the inputted NetApp API credentials. I am using the default ports for this one (tried both 80 and 443). I have also used "admin" account, but the result is the same.

Where should I start troubleshooting this? Or is there some configurations which I missed?
