Real time graphs not updating
Hello, Running Opmgr 8721, I have setup a dashboard with a number of Real Time Graphs for some .net CLR wmi counters and they have stopped updating even though I have set the refresh interval at 5 seconds. Please advise. Thanks.

Problem with Discovery
Hi, I am testing this great application, but I have a problem. In my large network I am using the network 10.37.252.0/23 for management and when add the switch with ip address 10.37.252.255 I have this messagge "Device not reachable", but device is reachable, I have tried ping and snmp walker, I am using vers. 8.7. Why?
ESX Stats unavailable for custum period
Hello, We have OpManager 8721 and I like to know if it's normal that stats for new monitors (CPU, Memory, Disk, Network, ...) are unavailable for custum period? For example, if I take an ESX device and I click in "Disk" tab and select report "Disk Write Latency", I have only stats for last 12 hours in the graph and if I click in the graph, I have last 24 hours. But if I try to click in "Edit Report", I have not options. It's blank. The same problem is in Performance Monitors on VM's for CPU and

OpManager 8721 issues
Hi, We have recently completed an upgrade to the newest version of OpManager 8721 and have noticed a few issues. Our customised Business Views are able ot be displayed any more and result in a blank page with the word "Error!" on it. We have Exchange 2010 servers that are not detected as Exchange 2010 servers and instead classify as Windows 7. Even after removing them from OpManager and re-adding. Cannot edit Business Views. Hi, After patching OpManager to 8721, when trying to view Asset Detail in OpManager (which should then connect to SD+) I am receiving the error: Unable to fetch Asset Details from ServiceDeskPlus,hence displaying Asset Details from OpManager.Trouble shoot Trouble shoot: Check whether the device is added in ServiceDeskPlus Check whether the ServiceDeskPlus Server is running SD+ is running. remove bad snmp data
i have an snmp monitor that typically reports 0-40 units. when the device rebooted in reported a HUGE number that is throwing off the historical to graphs considerably. i would like to remove that large number so opmanager has accurate historical reporting. screen shot is below to help illustrate the issue. thank you for your time.
Windows Service Monitors Availability
I have encountered a problem with our reporting on Windows Service Monitors. I have loaded the hotfix 8721 hoping that it will fix the problem but the problem is still there. I need this report for my monthly reports which is creating a lot of problems and taking a day to give the report through. It happens when you do a report for all devices on a last month period and exporting it to XLS or PDF (Please see attachment). The report shows fine when you run it but as soon as you export it the Columns
Help with MIB's
I am having trouble understanding MIBs. I have a Liebert UPS that we are trying to monitor. SNMP is working properly, but none of the monitor respond to test and none of the dials work properly. I have uploaded all of the MIBs that I got from Liebert in the order that they specified and I still get nothing. Any ideas?
Event Log Alerts - Email Only??
Hi I wonder if you can assist? Currently configured is a number of Event Log rules that will capture security events such as account lockouts, accounts deleted etc. Each time these are spotted on a server they appear as an alarm in the alarms page, as well as email an address due to a configured notification profile. What i would like to be able to do is to continue to spot these events, for this to then trigger an email alert but not show up under the alarms section. We have suffered with conficker

Getting Really Annoyed With OpManager Distributed Edition
We use OpManager distributed edition as we have multiple remote sites but I am getting really sick of the problems we encounter... it is not very reliable and the lack of features and updates compared to the stand-alone edition is a real pain. Manageengine are supposed to be working on merging distributed edition into the same code as stand alone to allow both versions to release updates at the same time but the promises for this release keep slipping. Maybe it is time to look for an alternative
WMI Not working anymore

OpManager integration with OpUtils
We use both products and OpMan is good at alerting when a switch interface has a problem and OpUtils is good at knowing what IP/DNS is currently plugged into that interface. Can you link the two products so that the OpMan email alerts can also provide the current DNS name on the interface from the OpUtils database? -Thanks
Unable to remove old fibre switch port monitor from database ?
we are using IBM BladeCenter with Brocade Fibre switches with Virtual connection capability. I set up SNMP monitor for swFCPortOpStatus ( .1.3.6.1.4.1.1588.2.1.1.1.6.2.1.4.* ) in Opmanager to monitor active ports incase of failure. Later I found that I can have a better monitor by using another OID. so I remove the old ones and put in the new OID (swFSPortPhyState, .1.3.6.1.4.1.1588.2.1.1.1.6.2.1.3.*). how to get disk utilization chart on linux servers?
I can't seem to get the pie chart to work with the linux servers. I have been testing the monitor and it fails but if I do an snmpwalk manually for that oid it works just fine. Any idea why its failing?
APC PDU Outlet Status
the following entry in the POWERNET MIB: .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.12.3.5.1.1.4 shows the status of all 24 outlets on the PDU i can use the instance (e.g .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.12.3.5.1.1.4.1) to get the status for outlet one which is either OutletStatusOn(1) or OutletStatusOff(2) my question is this: i want to monitor all 24 outlets on this PDU for a change. OpManager Billing versus Netflow Analyzer?
I notice that OpManager has Bandwidth Billing functions, are these the same as what's in the Netflow Analyzer product or more enhanced or less? we are looking for a single solution to manage IPAM, Network and Bandwidth Billing for our clients ideally a single solution would be good but i couldnt see any IPAM function in OpManager so im assuming we need to use OpUtils and Netflow Analyzer themselves, which we have already been informed cant tie into each other?

How to set a snmp monitor to get a value calculated from two oids?
for exmaple: 1.3.6.1.4.1.123456.1 means total number of the value. 1.3.6.1.4.1.123456.2 is the current value. I wannor create a monitor to get the value like this: (1.3.6.1.4.1.123456.2 * 100 / 1.3.6.1.4.1.123456.1) Or I can create two monitors to get values of those two oids separately. and then, how to set the config file to show the value (1.3.6.1.4.1.123456.2 * 100 / 1.3.6.1.4.1.123456.1) in the snapshot dial.

Question regarding URL Monitoring (Javascript)
Hi, I have a question regarding URL Monitoring. I want to monitor a Webinterface for a Citrix Client. I want to know if its available or not. The problem when i use the URL Monitoring is, it wont receive the real page because it cant translate javascript. The page read by OPManager is a standard "Javascript is not installed" Error Page. Unable to unmanage Fibre switch ports
I set up snmp monitor for Brocade Fibre switch and removed all ports not being used but Opmanager keeps showing alerts from those ports. I had remove them from Monitor and Interfaces through unmanaging the ports already. Does any one come acroos this one and have a solution ?

Custom SNMP monitor
I need to have a monitor for "total connections" to CISO ASA 5500 series Firewall device. I went to Monitors->Performance Monitors and selected Add Monitor. Could not found a template for this option. Then after I went to New Monitor from Admin ->Device Templates->New Monitor. I could not found a value OID for this. Could any one tell me which OID and MIB I should use.
