How to monitor DELL PowerEdge Server Hardware through OpMan

How we can monitor DELL PowerEdge Servers Hardware in OpManager?
We have Dell PowerEdge 2850, 2950, M600, M610... etc.
We have got the Idea from forum to use MIBs, we have downloaded the same but how we can use these to monitor certain hardware parameters?
