OpManager 8721 - Integration with SD+ Not Working
Hi,
After patching OpManager to 8721, when trying to view Asset Detail in OpManager (which should then connect to SD+) I am receiving the error:
Unable to fetch Asset Details from ServiceDeskPlus,hence displaying Asset Details from OpManager.Trouble shoot
SD+ is running.
Is this a known issue?
