Suppress only particular type of alarm of a single device
Hi, I got a HP 3PAR device in my network and is added as managed device in OpManager 12. According to OpManager 3PAR device is generating Virtual Volume removed/added alarm. This happens for all the VVs in 3PAR every now and then. This is some sort of internal operation within 3PAR, not an issue. But OpManager raises alarm for these events. It just gets accummulated and filled in database without any specific counter action required. I want to suppress this particular type of alarm only. But it seems

Hello everyone, I have been working with Cyberoam UTMs in many projects, and a group of the SOCs where using OpManager to monitor their devices. Unfortunately, the device template provided by ManageEngine for these devices is totally corrupt. All information were shown in a wrong format and the output data was not reliable. There wasn't also any Input and Output performance monitor for these devices . The only OID is .1.3.6.1.4.1.21067.2 with following errors: 1. wrong CPU & Memory & Disk utilization

alarms that won't go away in opmanager central
i've setup a remote site (probe) for testing. and i have about 5 alarms that are no longer alerting, all green in the central and all green on the probe side. also, any new alarms that i generate (for example, i've made a device unavailable) clears up just fine when i make the problem go away (making the device available again for this example). so everything looks fine, except these 5 alarms that got "stuck" there. i have no delete option on the alarms section (is that supposed to be like this?)

Need to be able to delete Business Views in Bulk
Opmanager Version: 12.4.054 MQ SQL Dbase backend We currently have 200 business views and we now have to go into each one, do the Copy As, then go back to the Business View List, find the old one, delete it, then go back to the Business View List and find the Copy As one, then rename it and save it. Then rinse and repeat. That is awhole lot of clicking, scrolling and clicking and scrolling. Is there a way to bulk delete Business Views to speed up this process? TIA, Larry

Storage monitoring IBM V7000
Did anyone succeeded with monitoring IBM V7000 storage? I have added SMI credential with cluster IP. Then I am trying to "Add storage device" in "Discovery" menu with node IP address, however - when I click "Test connection" I always get an error: "Test connection is failed". Is there a log locally where I can see what message storage has passed to the OpM? Maybe worth to mention, I am using OpM 12.3.230

Netlfow plugin issue
Using OpManager 8 (Build 8721) with Netflow plugin (8500). When I select the "Netflow Traffic Analyzer" modules link, it opens just fine. When I'm in OpManager and I select an interface to view and scroll down, I see the login screen (see photo 1). I try logging in and then i get an unrelated view to what i was expecting (photo 2). If i refresh the page, it goes back to the login screen as shown in photo 1. When I try to test the connection in the add-on/products integration, it responds with
