Cant connect HP ILO5 to OpManager ?

Hi , 

We want monitore the ILO5 from HP Servers . 
What is the right Way to add the ILO5 to OpManager ?
Which Logon Credentials i need? Which SNMP Settings i need ? 

I dont find an ILO5 Template. Is there an way to create an new ILO5 Template ?
