Every single department I want to make go away was created because of an incorrect spelling on user info from an AD import. But now we have a new issue. Hi everyone My support desk stop fetching email starting since 1/7/2020. Tried to restart but it will stop again. So, we decided to change the password in O365. Then rekey the password into support desk again. But when try to save the setting in support desk, system prompt me an error, in the attached file. Hi all, after upgrading the sdp from 10 to build 11116, a problem with approvals appeared. Some of those who used to approve requests without any problems now get the message "you don't have permission to view this page" when they click on the approval link in their mail. Also was cleared the "Service request approver" checkbox for all users, but even if you return it and re-authorize the user, nothing will change, and the error will still remain the same. Hello, I believe there is a bug in how impact, urgency, priority, and the priority matrix were created. If the administrator sets the priority matrix according to impact and urgency, only incidents and service requests follow the rules dictated by the priority matrix. Changes, problems, and any other request does not follow the rules dictated by the priority matrix. The priority matrix setup tab doesn't explicitly state anywhere that the priority matrix rules only apply to incident and service requests

[SD-88056] Cannot paste pictures into description or notes in Chrome
Hi We upgraded from 9326 to 9420 and now we can't paste pictures from clipboard into description or notes. When we paste it in the description when creating a new request the pictures ends up in the solutions box. In notes nothing happens. White Screen After Login
Hello, I am having an issue with the server and i think Java Memory. I have increased the initial and maximum memory to 1024 and 2048 respectivly. When users login maybe 30 minutes after the AD manager service is started, they just get a white screen. I have to restart the service for AD manager to work. I am working on a trial version most recent 64 bit build. Is there anything else in the wrapper.conf file that needs to be adjusted? Thank you

How to set time zone globally for all users
Hi, In my location time zone is correct but day light saving is incorrect. Because of that I had to off day/light saving from server time zone and set time manually in spring and summer season. Now in SDP, I can't set time zone as globally. Without this feature all time fields in SDP are one hour ahead (+01:00).
