Most of the reports I scheduled contained no data. After I turned on debug logging I found out why: the reports were too big te send by email. Part of the logfile: SYSOUT]|[INFO]|[17]|: javax.mail.MessagingException: 552 5.3.4 Message size exceeds fixed maximum message size After I disabled sending the reports by mail it worked OK and the reports contained data. It is weird that because it could not send the reports by mail, it didn't make the reports at all.

Hi, We are running SDplus for about 6months now. We are now trying Desktopcentral. But when we syncronize all customers to desktopcentral from sdplus all the swedish characters are strange characters. is this normal? must i rename them all in sdplus first? i have also tried to rename them manually in desktopcentral but when i save the characters revert to looking strange. What are the settings that need to be entered into 'Domain', 'User Display Name', 'Email Address' and 'Password' for setting you an email profile in MDM? I'm running into a problem where I a software deployment configuration works fine when installing over the network, but once I select the "Copy folder to client machines" option it fails. I've verified that Everyone has read access to the files, which I know works because it can run the files over the network. We have some clients that are able to send a request to DC from the system tray icon by right-clicking the icon and selecting Send Request to Help Desk. On other clients when this procedure is attempted the EU receives a pop-up box that says Your Request could not be sent. What is the problem?

F5-BIGIP-LOCAL-MIB - Error 400 - can't add any attribute
I get an error when choosing F5-BIGIP-LOCAL-MIB, version 11.2. The MIB tree is half full and in the end I get: Error occured during the MIB parsing. The error is : 400 I've found an older version of this MIB and using it I don't get this error. BUT I still can't add any attribute from the tree. When I select anything and click add, the screen refreshes and nothing happens. Anybody?

Copied webpage into ticket causes problem
We are running ServiceDesk Plus 8.0.0 build 8007. A user entered a ticket and copied the webpage into the ticket. This caused a problem with the ServiceDesk software. Everything below the first sentence disappeared from the ticket. This includes the rest of the text, the reply/forward buttons, the Requestor Details, and any other sections lower in the ticket. SMS Notifications Not Working
I have a Business Notification rule set to Email us whenever a ticket is created with a HIGH priority. This feature works fine. I then have another business rule set to SMS us whenever a ticket is created with emergency priority. The email works great however the SMS feature does not work. What am I missing? I have entered our SMS email adddress in the SMS Email ID however we are not getting any text messages when this rule runs. Is this a bug or is something not set properly?

I am getting "Incorrect Function" Remark whenever trying to install the Nokia_Suite_webinstaller_ALL.exe I copy the file to the pc. it's stars running but when then it stops. When I launch the install file that is copied from the server to the pc, then it works fine. Search not returning results
I am struggling to get the search facility for assets to work any longer. We used to be able to type a persons name into teh search box or part of thier name and as long as choose ASSET or WORKSTATION we got back the items assigned to them.
