I have come across a discrepancy between the patches that Desktop Central think are applicable for our clients and what Windows Update shows as available updates.

While this is an issue for most Desktops in our organisation, here in an example based on my laptop, which is Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit.

Among others, Windows Updates says I am missing the following update:

KB2705219 

However, DC does now  list this for my computer, and when I try to install it manually, it returns with Not Applicable.

This is a concern as there are around 13-30 updates missing according to WU. Why is this and what can be done to remedy the situation?
