E-Mail Command REQUESTEREMAIL breaks request/ticket

Hi,

we're using the following e-mail commands:

##REQUESTTEMPLATE=1st Level##
##REQUESTER=Felix Kollmann 3##
##REQUESTEREMAIL=***private*email****##
##MODE=Phone Call##

The request is successfully created but the read-only view is broken, and the issue seems to be that the requester is not being created correctly. If I have a look at the requester list via the admin menu, the user does not show up. But if I edit the ticket it is shown and clicking on 'edit' reveals an error: "error while requesting custom fields for the requester" (translated from German).

Even if I create the requester and manually assign it to the ticket/request still both requetsters show up in the lookup during edit mode. However the read-only view is fine then.

When I send the very same email again, even after creating the requester matching the values, the read-only view of the ticket/request is broken.

Is there a hotfix available?
