"Acknowledge requester by e-mail when the request is updated" Does not work properly
This notification never works properly. When assign a technician, and I can see in the history that the request has been updated, the requester never gets an email notifying them about the technician assignment. It's not until the request is closed that the "request updated" email goes out, so the requester ends up getting 2 emails at the exact same time; one saying it's updated, one stating it's closed. Why won't the ServiceDesk notify our requesters when a technician is assigned? We want it

Number 0 in a pick list
I added a new field on the default request template, and one of the options in the drop down menu is the number 0. ('0' just zero, no quotes nothing). But whenever it is selected in a new request, the value goes back to 'Not Assigned'. Can this be fixed?
Require Reboot
I installed some patches to some PC's through Desktop Central 8. When I went back to look at the PC's where the patches were installed, under Remarks it said Reboot Required. I had the user reboot and the message was still there. How long does it take for Desktop Central to update this message? Also is there a way for me to get a report of all the PC's that has been logged in within the last month?
Projects Tab Causes Problems
In Build 8203, in Internet Explorer 8, when within the Projects Tab, the other Tabs (Home, Dashboard, Assets, Admin, etc) disappear. Upon calling support, they said it was a known issue, and I just thought I would post to see if there was an update on this bug. Please use screenshot attached.
Deployed configurations not ending
Hi, I'm having problems with deploying customs packages, whenever I deploy a package to a machine, the installer/setup starts and runs like it should, but the setup process doesn't close itself afterwards. The status in Desktop Central keeps hanging at "Yet to deploy". The software is always correctly installed, it's just that the setup won't close and as a result desktop central doesn't know that it completed succesfully. Unable to deploy XP SP3
It looks like Desktop Central is downloading a different patch, even though SP3 is chosen as the service pack to deploy. We're getting a "problem downloading service pack from server" error. Unable to see all technicians in the worklog owners field
When adding a work log in a request i am unable to see all of our technicians in the owners drop down field. I am having to stop and start the servicedesk service on the server every hour to get the technicians to show again not soon after they dissappaer and only three out of ten are still in the list. Please Help!!

Contract attachments lost
I've been having trouble with attachments to SDP contracts getting lost. When I click the attachment, I get to a window "The file was not found." An example of an attachment name is "RHL Support Entitlement order 11:9:12.rtf". The latest instance of this is on a contract renewed in Oct 2012. Also, when I renew a contract, I delete all attachments because they're relevant only to the old contract. Serial Number in Macintosh
We have add our Mac lately in Desktop Central. At Intel, the service tag field, is the machine serial and serial number field is the serial of operating System. but, in Macinthosh the service tag is empty and serial number field is the serial of machine and not the operating system serial number Is this correct or a bug ??
Repeated failed updates
I have experienced failed updates the last two attempts we have made. The first was with build 8203 which required a support call to be made to get our system back up and running. And then again we tried updating to 8205 and again this failed but we were able to revert back on our own this time. Do you have any suggestions on how I may be able to complete an update as we are currently stuck at 8202.
Service Catalog Template Re-Order \ Copying Templates
Hello, I am setting up service request templates in the service catalog for my users to use, and I have run across two problems: 1. How do I re-order them (see attached picture) Notice how "Permissions - Folder" is underneath the ones that start with "VPN" I would like to re-order them so Permissions is on top. 2. Many of the templates are similar, and I have had to re-create each template from scratch. How can I copy a template and then modify it for another request of a similar type? Thank You

Hi, We had subscribe 50 licenses and 2 domains, and we want to add 50 licenses more, so we had subscribe 50 new licences but when i update the licence, the file replace the older one and i got only 50 licenses. Is there a way to add thoses new licenses in AD Manager ? Regards.
Some Patches not shown in Applicable Patches
Dear Manage Engine, I've been notice this problem since version 7 and version 8, the Applicable Patches not shown all patches but only show the new patches or some old patches. For example i would like to deploy patches KB958644, KB958687 and KB2121440 for Windows XP, i've success download them and deploy to agent. Status is changed in resolution containing an image
Hey, We have a little problem with the status field. If we add an image to a resolution (paste the image), the status is changed back to "Assigned" after clicking on "SAVE" even if we are saving the resolution with status "Resolved". Why is that?

Problem with Dinamic custom group
I have 2 Dinamic custom group. 1º With computers with S.O = Windows xp 2 With computers with S.O = Windows 7 all computers belong to the same Active Directory. when I want to make a distribution on these dinamic custom groups 1º shows less than computers listing. 2º in dinamic group Windows 7 shows computers with another operating system ( like Windows Xp ) As an emergency solution, I'm exporting the list and put this list as distributing computers but I'm curious to know the reason for failure

Unable to create a software license
I am unable to create a new software license for one particular adobe product. creative suite 6. I was able to create a license for another adobe product. So not sure what the problem is. I enter all the fields hit submit and basically get a blank page and no matter how long I wait the page does not refresh nor is the license created. I also have the same problem with a couple of other products manufactured by IBM. Please advise soonest. Thanks Karen

Backup job stops running
We're using 8200 Enterprise on Server 2008 R2. We've noticed this on several occassions, but the backup job will just stop working. We noticed today our last backup occurred on May 6, and the next scheduled time was May 7. However, the backup job never ran and hasn't since May 6. We configured an email address on a failure, but we haven't received any emails. What causes this? We had this happen on a few occasions when we were using 8.1. I appreciate any help/feedback on this.
User Creation Reviewer
Currently when requesting a user creation the reviewer and executor has the ability to edit any field except for the custom attributes fields. It seems odd that these fields cannot be modified when being reviewed.
