Hi.

     The IP Address Manager currently being tested in ManageEngine OpUtils(Release Version 6.1 ) , In a subnet, select 

"Import IP Address Details"，The previous ip address file (.csv) imported into the IP Address Manager, the import 

was successful, However, due to the contents of the original document field contains Chinese, imported into a 

garbled beyond recognition; If the import field content is digital, letters, there is no problem.  

     How to deal with import content of the original document field contains Chinese situation?
