Purchase Order Requested By field lost functionality in Version 9
In the purchase order record, the Requested By field no longer supports the relationship to the requester table in version 9. Our technicians simply fill out purchase orders for equipment/services on the behalf of a request from the business. We used this field in the past to document who actually made the request for equipment/services. What other options or work around do you recommend to tie purchase request back to an actual requester? I really do not want to try and use a user defined field(s).

[Office 365 / Azure] Unable to reset password
Hi, I'm rolling out ADSS+ Pro to my users but have hit a major snag - password resets are not syncing with users O365 accounts consistently. The Reset Password Audit Report does not give too many clues, is there a way to view more information for these failures? My understanding is that AD changes replicated to O365 over ride the Azure password policies, so I'm not sure what the issue is (but it's a show stopper as of now):
Unable access to SDP by short name sever
I make upgrade from version SDP 9.2.0 to actual 9.2.34 after upgrade I can open my SDP on FDQN addsess http://MYSDserver.DOMAIN.SITE But don't open by short name http://MYSDserver - it's return - error 500 My server and all clients - member domain. Server based by Win2008R2 and MSSQL as DB.
Custom report - overdue status
Hello everyone! Found trouble after last update (from 9238 to 9240) When i generate custom report, and get advanced filter by position "Overdue status is" there is two values "t" and "f", both of this values don't work (early it was "yes", "no").
PDF Report layout is unreadable
The attached screenshot illustrates the formatting issue I have with a scheduled PDF report of NTFS permissions. I can't imagine why the formatting is setup to allow the results table content to flow horizontally instead of constraining the page layout to standard document dimensions, such as legal or 11x17, even if in landscape orientation. This is occurring for me in ADManager Plus Pro, Registered, version 6.5.3, 64 Bit Build no. 6530.

I have an incident that was generated via email that, in the Requester Conversations area, when I expand a message from the requester, the only button I see is Forward Request. Usually I see a Reply button. Is this a known bug?

After installing SP 45 I can't start DC services normally. If I right-click the task tray icon and try starting the service it will spin and spin without ever starting the services. If I go into services.msc to start the services manually the task tray icon shows that DC has started but when I load DC in my browser I get the error below. The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Custom Monitor Is Missing
Hi All, Here is my situation: We have installed central-proble OPM with version 11600, and there are some F5 devices(including model VIPRION 2400、GTM 2000、 LTM 4000) in OPM system. However the default cpu monitor always display 98%, so we had to create a custom monitor with correct value as below, and then applied on F5 devices template and related F5 devices without any error message. Recently I have received a number of complaints from my end users that when they log in to their computers in the mornings icons that they have deleted off of their desktop have returned. Variables add http:// twice to our notification emails
We are experiencing a problem after upgrading to 9201 with our notifications. When the notification is sent it will add an extra http:// to the link and of course take you to a 404 not found. I have looked at several solutions which recommend removing the URL in the link and leaving it as just a variable but this still produces the same issue just with a complete link instead of hyper linked text. Has anyone come across this and know how to possibly fix it? Or is it something where I need support
Mail Fetching/ Merging does not work properly in some cases

Employee Search Issue
Hi, I'm having employee search issue on my ADSelfService Plus deployment. Currently when I tried to do a search, the result is not displayed on the screen. The search results show that there is 3 records found but the records is not displayed.
Product selection error (Purchase)
We are experiencing an issue when selecting items from the Purchase dropdown menu. It's happening on both our TEST (v9235) and PROD (v9217) instances with two separate databases. When a new PO is created and the vendor and product type are selected, the user is unable to select/view items from the product list. Flash updates
Flash 24.0.0.194 was released on 1/10/2017 but a significant portion of my systems are still on the 186 release. Desktop Central is not showing any missing patches for Flash Player. I'm assuming the systems that are on 194 were self-patched by the Adobe updater process. Does Desktop Central no longer provide automatic patching for Flash player?
Dashboard not showing SLA violations
I just noticed that we have 2 tickets in queue that have violated their response time SLA but the SLA widgets on the dashboard do not show any SLA violations. Do these widgets only show Resolution SLA violations? If so this is an EXTREME problem for our organization. Our formal SLA's do not define resolution times, only response times, since some things make take months before they are truly resolved. User creation template - wrong SMTP address
Hi I have a User template where the Email are set based on initials@garrets.com When looking af Exchange pane I have a E-mail alias named Initials The user gets created correctly but when I look in Exchange the user are created with another SMTP address: Under Exchange settings E-mail alias in the template I cannot choose anything, so that I get the garrets.com domain instead. 2 PO issues
Search function in Purchase Order is not working I have used the browser find to highlight PO. Google chrome margin resizing of a purchase order not as flexible, it forces a two page print and there is only a need for one page can we have these order's resized to fit on one a4 by default. It works OK in Mozilla.
Password Reset feature not working for domain accounts
I can share and allow local accounts and the password reset feature under the Access Control settings works fine, but when I share a domain account, the password reset feature fails every time.

Upgrading Desktop Central from 10.0.03
My Desktop Central Build is 10.0.03. Can't rename values in a Pick List (Incident - Additional Fields)
Hi all. On our installation of SDP (9235), we have 2 pick list in the "Incident - Additional fields" area. In the first one, we have some values (Company Names). Now we need to rename two companies, by inserting "OLD_" before the name. I have changed the two companies and I have clicked on the Update button, but one of these don't change. Issue upgrading agent to new build (90143)
I have already logged this with support and it's in progress, but I want to get this out here in case anyone else gets a similar issue. Due to a fix in a new build I needed, I was given build 90143 to install. This was an upgrade from 90132 and upgraded fine, as it always does. Local Profile Issue

Desktop Central Software Deployment False Positives

When resetting a password in ServiceDesk Plus using the recent ADManager integration enhancements, the box for forcing the user to update their password on login is not working. Checking the user object, the MustChangePassword flag is set to False.
