Problem with dates in some reports
Hello, I recently installed Analiytics Plus and use it with a base of ServiceDesk Plus. In some reports, I have a problem with dates. For example: "Incoming Ticket Count Trend Monthly". If I choose in the Filter Time Created "Nov 2015", will be written on the chart creation time "Oct 2015" (see ITCTM_Nov2015.png). Now I remove filter: all months shifted Nov 2015 -> Oct 2015, Dec 2015 -> Nov 2015, ..., Feb 2017 -> Jan 2017. (see ITCTM_All.png). Change the chart type for a Line Chart (see ITCTM_Line_All.png).
EventLog Analyzer attempts to connect to hosts using Administrator account
I have a problem with ELA trying to connect to my hosts using the Administrator account even though that is not the account provided in the Edit Host Details page. Collection of data is successful using the correct account but my logs are being populated with these failed Administrator attempts. Is there a default account setting that is used before the one set in the Host Details page? I'm using build 11022 Thanks, Jeremy

Hello, Can I get a working reindexData.bat for my ServiceDesk? I am running build 9300 using MSSQL if that is helpful. When I run "reindexdata.bat Solutions" I receive message "The system cannot find the path specified." If the issue is something other than the .bat file, please advise. Thank you, Perry
Support Group Owned By Issue
9.2 Build 9238 I have a few support groups where I want to change the "Owned by" to None or "Choose Owned By" since this field has a current technician it will not let me change it. I change the value to "Choose Owned By" and it simply defaults back to the technician name
Exporting or printing a dependencies map is HORRIBLE
When attempting to export or print (using ctrl+P) a project overview map or a depdenencies map (at the milestone level) the export and printout is extremely difficult to get right on a large project with a huge mapping of tasks. I would like to know if anyone has had success in exporting large maps

Hello Everyone I can not integrate Opmanager 11600 with Servicedesk Plus 9204 No Firewall is setup Username and password is valid .I can not in as local auth to SD I have also tried domain auth but it also do not work technical key is generated in SD on account administrator During configuration I am getting error Servicedesk is not running I can open servicedesk web page port 80 from opmanager server No sure what can be wrong Can anyone help me with this issue Thanks

Good day, I have noticed that an individual that has only one permission, SDSiteAdmins, has the ability to see the cost per hour of all, even technicians his senior. This is even though no technicians have their "Allowed to View Cost per Hour" ticked This is a major security and confidentiality issue for me as a clever tech can calculate the salary of his superiors or seniors even though it as absolutely nothing to do with him. As a result of this access, Cost per hour cannot be entered. Please address

I read that there should be a settings option under dashboards to modify or create new dashboards. I do not see that option?
Unable to sort/filter requests view on Template Name
I was just trying to sort or filter the Requests view by the template name field and it doesn't let me do that. I want to review anything created using the default templates to see if we need new templates created or if the existing ones are not clear. I could make a report for this, but that doesn't let me get straight into the ticket.
Survey link not working
Hi, I am encountering an issue with the survey link. I have included the variable $SurveyLink in the survey settings and have inserted the hyperlink as well, but whenever the email for the survey is sent out, it only shows as "http://ict-helpdesk:8080/$SurveyLink" I am using servicedesk plus build 9223. Sites not importing properly
Hi, We have manually setup all of the sites we have in our organisation based on the AD entry physicaldeliverofficename. When importing using LDAP requesters are added fine but Sites assignment remains blank. Any idea? Regards, Tom

Intermittent Issue with Remote Control with HTML5 in Chrome
Occasionally while attempting to connect to a remote control session, the connection will close with the error "Web Socket Connection failure. Error: Failed to decompress a compressed WebSocket frame - 1002". It will typically show me the remote machine, but as soon as I move the mouse it will drop with this error. Connecting to the same host using the ActiveX control works fine. I'm sure it's our security software catching something. I just need to know where to look. Thanks!
Request Closing rules not working
We have a template with an additional field that we would like to make sure is filled out when the template is resolved. We have check marked the filed in question, on the closing rules. But when we resolve the ticket with that field left blank, it does not give us an error and changes the status to resolved.
Time Zone issues - Never Ending...
The application is riddled with issues with user time zones and notifications. Here is a prime example. The server hosting the application is in Mountain time I am in Eastern time I have my timezone setting set correctly, all the times in the web application display in Eastern time. Cannot create new Incidents after upgrade to 9.3 version

Personal Password - Issues with using & in category name
After upgrading PMP to 8604, one of our users reported an issue where they could not get to the 2nd page of passwords under a custom category in 'My Personal Passwords'. After some trial and error, it turns out that by having '&' in the category name, PMP doesn't respond to any clicks/commands to move to the 2nd page OR to view 50/75/100 accounts. Business Rules Not Executing
I am attempting to use business rules to assign newly created requests to specific technicians based on site and category. None of the new requests are being assigned to any technicians. All requesters are assigned a site and department. Category is a required field in the default incident template. The only incident template is the default incident template. There are four sites. Every site has only one business rule. All four business rules have "Execute when a request is Created, Any Time"
Managed Server Instance unable to Start

Asset Scan failing on multiple workstations
We seem to be having issues scanning workstations in the past few weeks. Happens if we use the agent or don't, we just get a 'General failure when performing the operation'. It seems to have started happening around the time we upgraded to 9236.
default login not completing login cycle
I have a fresh install of FileAudit Plus, and it's not taking the default admin/admin login. It starts to load the next screen, then drops back to login screen. If I put a bad password in, I get an invalid username/password error, so the password is still default. Is there a way to see what's going on?
Open Tickets from Received email
We are running 9.2 and have not made any changes but stopped having tickets opened randomly about mid day Tuesday. I am not getting any errors and the emails are in the proper mailbox. The admin mail settings just says "running" when trying to fetch mail. We have checked all ports and Connectors as well as restarted the server. Any Ideas?

Hello , I want our users to be able to see their own departmental demands while they can see the same departmental demands in other areas. In the second example, I gave the same department role to the different division from the Organizational Roles field. Users can no longer login to ADSelfService after domain account attached to service was disabled
One of our accounts was compromised and we were forced to disable it. Later we found out that account was tied to the ADSelfServicePlus windows service. I have created a new account with the same permissions as the old one and attached that to the windows service but we still have the same problem with users not being able to login. There is no error it just reloads the login page. However, when I attempt from local host I get the long error listed below. Please let me know what I need to do to get
