Hi there!

I´m having a issue about adding more technicians to the AD Delegation at ADManager Plus.

The user is on the active directory and I can see it on the search results, but when I try to search for it on the Select Technician screen it´s not showing.

This issue is happening with more than one user. Some are showing and some are not.

Could anyone help me?
