Slow Speed of remote control through Desktop Central
Hi, There is a problem that we have and I don't know the exact reason. While we are using the desktop central the speed is fine but when we start remote control on a desktop system the speed is too low. we even change the color quality to low too but still it is slow. and sometimes it s less time consuming for technician to go directly to the system instead of controlling remotely on it. Remote Control on MacOS
I am unable to get Remote Control to work on a Mac client. The action log in DC shows "Remote Control failed to connect with MACOS- TEST.<b>Reason:</ b> Communication failed between Agent and Server". Windows machines on the same network are able to have Remote Control sessions connect successfully. The mac is fully patched, and has Agent 10.14.16. I also tried it on a second mac on the same subnet and received the same results. I'm not seeing anything amiss on the Mac's logs that point to an issue.

Remote Control to RDP-Sessions doesn't work properly
Hi there, our remote control seems not to work with RDP-Sessions. We are able to select one of the logged-in-users on the computer, but the initiated remote session shows always the console sessions (the locked admin screen). The Chat feature instead works fine. Intermittent Issue with Remote Control with HTML5 in Chrome
Occasionally while attempting to connect to a remote control session, the connection will close with the error "Web Socket Connection failure. Error: Failed to decompress a compressed WebSocket frame - 1002". It will typically show me the remote machine, but as soon as I move the mouse it will drop with this error. Connecting to the same host using the ActiveX control works fine. I'm sure it's our security software catching something. I just need to know where to look. Thanks!
DC Remote Control Copy and Paste
Hi I need some help/advice re DesktopCentral's Remote Control feature. I am finding that it doesn't support the copying of text from the controlled PC to the controller's PC but it works the other way round. Is there a way to get this working bi-directional? I am using the HTML5 option with Chrome browser, but also tried with Firefox and Edge. Thanks for any suggestions!
Remote Control will not connect successfully.
I just upgraded Desktop Central last week to Build 92029. The Remote Control (HTML 5) which was working great is now not connecting and stays at loading or when I click connect it will go back to connecting and then will just hang.This is urgent since the majority of the computers we use are remote and now cannot connect to.

Remote Control
We are using Remote Control in Desktop Central on 75 computers in 4 locations. It is working properly on all but 2 computers. For those two computers, when we try to connect using Active X, it connects shows the blue connection screen and they immediately shows "Exit Meeting" . When connecting using Java, it connects and shows the java screen and then shows "Java Viewer, Waiting for presenter to join." Quick-launch box not going
Hi, I have noticed when connecting to another machine using the remote control facility that the quick-launch box takes a long time to remove once you disconnect the session, in some cases it can stay on the screen for a number of hours.
