Black screen when starting application "as Admin" during Remote Connection

Black screen when starting application "as Admin" during Remote Connection

Hello, 

The problem mentioned in the title occurs occasionaly. When trying to install a program "as Admin" the user as well as me (the admin) sees only black screen and nothing happens. To go back I need to make ctrl+alt+del and it goes back to where I started.
