Not sure if an upadte to WIndows or what may have caused this, but we are frequently getting the "Web socket connection failure. abnormal closure" when trying to remote to PC's.  Usually it will establish a connection after a few tries, but sometimes it will never work properly.  Usually it will load the user's desktop onto the screen, and then immediately gives that error and then it just hangs on that window.
