Hi All,

Hope someone can assist with an issue I've been banging my head against the wall with for a couple of days now.

I am trying to connect a Linux Mint machine to my Endpoint Central service, using the manually installed agent.  The agent installs and registers successfully, and shows as online (green) in the Endpoint Central GUI, however, when I attempt to initiate a remote connection it eventually fails with "Communication failed between Agent and Server."  Thing is I can hit the server from the client without issue and even telnet to the RDP ports.  TCP Dump also confirms I can see bidirectional traffic between the server and the client when attempting to initiate a remote connection.

Looking at the logs on the client, I can see a lot of HTTP 401 errors, stuff like:

I've tried re-installing the agent, and even changing the hostname of the machine and re-installing, all to no avail.  So far this seems to be the only machine affected, as I have 2 other Linux boxes that I can control without issue.

Version of Endpoint Central is 10.1.2228.2 

Appreciate any advice or  pointers anyone has since I'm about out of ideas here.
