Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to modify the font size of DCs patch notification. Sometimes the font is very small especially on 4k screens. Not only the message itself is very small then also the button text is very small. Best regards, Daniel
copy and replace file using file configuration
I have a file i need to replace on computer that are outside the network. When I use the File Folder Operation (Computer) I do not see any option when copying to replace the file. The file I am copying is the same name as a current file in the location. If I do delete file and then add more file / folder and hit the copy radio button it will not let me select copy using http. Since these computers are outside the network i can not copy the file from network share. Is there any way to either

Mouse-Problem with Secure USB Configuration - Desktop-Central 10.0.321
After installing Build 10.0.321 the USB-Secure Configuration block USB-Mouse. No configuration changes were made since the last month. The configuration for the mouse is on unblocking. The mouse does`'t work. If I set all types to unblock the mouse is working. Does anybody have the same Problem.

Is there was to push a configuration that would add a website to the local intranet zone in internet explorer. the manual way is internet options > security > local intranet >sites > advanced then enter website for the zone.
Configuration failing for workgroup computers
We have several test Windows 10 computers that are on a domain with ManageEngine installed. We are able to send patches to them, and send/execute files on them with configurations. We also have Windows 10 systems that are in a workgroup. I am able to push the ManageEngine client to them, and install a patch with ManageEngine. How does User Alerts calculate time to password expiration
We have a few users that are getting notified that their password is going to expire long before it is configured to alert them. I have the alert configured to start notifying 8 days before the expire date but a couple of users are getting the alert months before the expire date. How does it calculate the expiration date? Is there a way to fix this or do I need to just remove the alert?
Desktop Central service wont start
Hi I have just installed Desktop central 10 on windows 10 and everything was working fine after install. After restarting the computer, I received a reminder that the service was stopped. Not sure why this, I would be grateful if someone could lend me a hand.

How do I schedule a service restart configuration? I'm migrating an unhealthy server, and need this service to restart periodically. I figured there was an easy config I could push but can't find a way to do it. Sorry if this is obvious, but I'm baffled why I can't find a way to use DC to do this.
Windows 10 Feature specific deployments
Hi, I have a deployment that I only want to deploy to Windows 10 1803. There isn't an OS option for the different Windows 10 feature updates so I was thinking of a dynamic custom group but I don't get an option for that either. How could I deploy to only one feature update release?
Device Configurations being redeployed
Senario: A device has a number of configurations deployed to it for icons, software etc. The device has an issue and is rebuilt. Once rebult the configurations that are still active don't deploy again on the freshly rebuilt device. Current Workaround: Remove the device from Desktop Central and add it in again. Does anyone have any other way of clearing the status's of a device without having to remove it and re-add it to Desktop Central?
Desktop central server 10.0.0.218 failed during upgrade to 10.0.0.236
Dear Team, We are using desktop central 10.0.0.218 and wanted to upgrade to 10.0.0.236. During the upgrade process the server got rebooting due to other application and now the desktop central server service is not getting started. And even not allowing me to upgrade again. Please help me to fix it

Joing computer to company domain remotely
Hello, I am new to ME products, but I am looking for ideas or ways ME might already be capable of this action. Currently we image through ME, but the computers still have to be joined to the domain manually. We have multiple sites without a tech onsite, so its a hassle of shipping in multiple directions. How to change O365 Update Channel via deployment

Does anyone know the proper location of the WinPE files? Trying to do an image and downloaded the WinPE manually. Once I installed it, it keeps telling me the path is wrong and I don't want to have to try each directory.
Removal of SCCM Client Script
Hi All, I am getting ready to deploy our Desktop Central client to all of our workstations, but i wanted to have something ready to uninstall the existing SCCM 2012 client from each computer once the DC Agent is installed. I have a batch script that i found on SpiceWorks that works great when its ran as an administrator locally on the machine, but when i setup a script configuration in DC it says it executed successfully, but it never did anything. I am trying to figure out how to get this to run
Configuring a network printer error
I am trying to configure a new network printer, but am always getting an error "Shared Printer Addition Fails: The Data is Invalid" This used to work. Any ideas what the error means and what data is invalid? It happens with any printer I try to configure (even ones that worked in the past)

I receive several messages for multiple computers that Shared Printer Addition Fails : The data is invalid. It would be nice to know what printer is failing. I tried to open a support ticket but, desktop central is not listed as a product in the ticketing system. Most of the computers should have the printers install all ready if that helps you narrow down the issue. 10.0.189.

No Support from Desktop Central Team
Our Desktop Central Server is not working since yesterday. This is after enabling OTP option within the Server. Noone attends the calls in Desktop Central. Email support is dead slow. We still have a downtime since yesterday evening and looks like noone is able to respond to us. This is the worse support I have ever faced with the product we have used so far.

I just sat through a Webinar regarding how Desktop Central Integrates with ZenDesk, and setup a trial of Desktop Central MSP, setup a Virtual Machine in the Cloud, installed and configured the software firewalls, SSL encryption, then go to do the final step of the ZenDesk integration only to get a warning message that the MSP version isn't compatible. I'm sure I probably missed it somewhere in System Requirements. Are there any plans to bring the Zendesk integration to the MSP version of Desktop
Desktop Central should allow us to use different server IP address for different Remote office
Hi, currently, If we change the Desktop Central server IP in one of the remote offices it updates the IP in all rest remote offices. Our Desktop Central infrastructure runs in a NATed Network environment and our Desktop central IP is Nat-ed to different IPs in different Subnets. So we have to use different Server IP for each Remote office where our DesktopCentral Server IP is Nat-ed. Please fix the issue. So that we can save server details for each remote office separately.
Computer Policies no longer dynamic - v143 MSP
Our computer configurations no longer apply to new comupters. This is since we upgrade our MSP version to 143. We have several computer configurations which are collections and individual type that apply to our domain. New added computers (installed agent on PC) are added to the console and user policies do apply - however, the computer configurations are not adding or applying to the new computers. Has any one used Desk top Central to update IPv4 settings en-mass ? We have a need to update the DNS records of hundreds of machines. I have been able to use the inventory and inventory features to locate all effected devices but we need to update them. Thoughts or suggestions?
Our WAN Circuit changed along with public IP - Can't figure out where to change WAN IP setting
We changed our WAN provider, and the IP address on our WAN circuit has changed. DesktopCentral is still looking for the old WAN IP address, even though I have updated our FQDN for the server on public DNS. The 'DC Server Sec IP Address' setting is coming up incorrect in the troubleshooter. Does anyone know where this can be changed to point to our new correct WAN IP?
Installation on a computer scope but as a currently logged on user
Hi, we have an application that can be only installed under the user profile. But we cannot deploy this with a Desktop Central "per user" Installation or Custom Script, since our users logon to multiple computers within certain period. So what I need is an Installation or Custom Script configuration that would only be applied for a short period for a confined scope of computers (custom group) BUT has to run once as the user logs on to this computer with his/her credentials.
