Desktop Central MSP + ZenDesk Integration

I just sat through a Webinar regarding how Desktop Central Integrates with ZenDesk, and setup a trial of Desktop Central MSP, setup a Virtual Machine in the Cloud, installed and configured the software firewalls, SSL encryption, then go to do the final step of the ZenDesk integration only to get a warning message that the MSP version isn't compatible.

I'm sure I probably missed it somewhere in System Requirements.

Are there any plans to bring the Zendesk integration to the MSP version of Desktop Central? I noticed in general the MSP version doesn't have any 3rd party integrations, and the ONLY integration it has is to ME ServiceDesk MSP.

I was at 90% ready to buy a license for MEDC MSP, until I noticed none of the integrations work with it.
