Agent Deploy with windows GPO

Hello, everybody,
I'm trying to install the Central desktop agent through GPO. I am following the steps indicated in this link:

doing everything like the manual says, I can't get anything installed.

My first question is this:
The number of build that you see on this page has nothing to do with what we have on our server which is the latest version there is currently. I don't know if this can make the script do anything.

I have been able to verify that the policy is applied at PC´s and the script runs for a few seconds but does nothing.
I have also tried to run the script manually on my pc to see what it does but it doesn't install anything either. This happens with both Vbs and Ps1.
I can not understand what may be happening if you could help me would be very happy.
