Error while importing SSL-Certificate
Hi, I'm trying to update my Certificate with a new SSL4Free/Let's Encrypt one. But everytime I try to save the new Certificate I get the Error: Unknown error occured while processing certificates. Contact support with the certificate and server logs. The Certificate I'm trying to replace is from the same source (just 3 months older) I tried both, a wildcard and a dedicated one, but no success (the old one was a wildcard). Endpoint Central Version: 10.1.2220.4 I get the attached banner message on the "Home" tab. Says "Email updation needed" for 1 user When I click on the view details button the results are empty. All users have an email address assigned to them.

Hi, if I deploy the update for an Office365 I got an "Unknown Error Code 17002" and the Office365. After the failed update I can't update Office365 manually. The only way is to un- and reinstall Office365. What is Error Code 17002? Any advice? Thx, Alf
