Help Desk Request Icon on Desktop
I've recently deployed a "Send Request to Help Desk" desktop shortcut using the built in configurations template. It's was deployed as a user configuration. The shortcut appears on the desktop as expected, and it opens up a help desk support request window, but very slowly.
When using the link accessible from the agent tray icon, the send request window opens in less than a second. When using the desktop shortcut it takes more than 30 seconds. I've timed it several times. It's never less than 30 seconds.
Has anyone else experienced this situation? If so, were you able to find a way to open the request in a more reasonable amount of time? It's pretty much useless the way it works now.
