Apologies if there are resources to resolve this issue already as they have eluded me. The majority of resources I find when searching were for issues when using Remote Control from a comptuer however my issue is when Remote Controlling from an Android. 

I have opened all ports referenced here: https://www.manageengine.com/desktop-management-msp/dc-msp-ports-used.html and can remote control from the inside the network and outside the network using a computer but when using the Desktop Central android app it gives me the error Web Socket Connection Failure Error: Abnormal Closure. It fails both when on WiFi inside the network and on LTE outside. In both cases a window will open on the computer saying a connection last for 1m or so. Issue happens on multiple computers.
