When i add a web service monitor and click "Add monitor" the Application Manager return a white page with the URL: http://localhost/wsm.do?method=addMonitor&hideFieldsForIT360=null Somebody can help?
Installing Applications Manager 9 error
When installing the Applications Manager 9 At 2% I get a popup with this COMPONENT TRANSFER ERROR Component: Source Component File Group: SourceFile File: Error: Access is denied. Have full admin privs on server so no idea what is going on here..

Is there a way in application monitor to monitor the apache connections? I could have sworn this was in there in Application Manager 7 thanks
Execute mbean operation
Is is possible to execute a mbean operation at preset intervals. For example every 5 minutes. The reason for asking is that the mbean that I monitor only details the maximum time. So if the maximum time occurred 2 days ago then this value will not change until there is either a new larger maximum time or the reset mbean operation is executed. By executing the reset mbean operation at regular intervals allows me to monitor the maximum time at near real time.

AppManager 9 in Linux
I installed AppManager trial edition in Ubuntu 64, but it's not starting well, I'm getting "Error in initializing relational classes in Topology Module. AppManager on RedHat stops sending notifications
Hi, I have the AppManager runining on a RedHat box, but after a couple of days I stop receiving notifications. I just restart the service and it starts working again. Have any body had this problem before? TIA
Monitor seems alive but it's not collecting data on APM
Hi, We're testing APM on a linux server, sometimes a host is active (green) on the map, but without data because there was an error when connecting to the real host. Question: How can I know if a host has lost connection or is not collecting data from the business view? Maybe it should show gray instead green color. Thanks

MySql Server is down
Hi, The monitor for the Applications Manager MySQL database server (created automatically when Applications Manager was installed) shows the following error: MySql Server is down. Error Message: Unable to connect to any hosts due to exception: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect The execution of MySQLDebug.bat displays the same findings. Execute bachtes in off-time for a monitor
Hi All, I am new to this forum and Applications Manager. I've started using Applications Manager last week and I found many fantastic features in it. They definitely suites our current needs. However, I am looking for a facility that when I define a monitor, I would be able to do something, (i.e. running or resuming a batch) in off-time or when a server is in clear state (for eg. CPU usage is less that 20 percent) do some jobs. Is there any way to execute some batches in that condition? Thanks for

Real Browser Monitor with AD Authentication
Hi Mr.Fazu We tested the RBM Monitor for this MS CRM for mainly URL Record and Playback and since this takes AD Authentication, its not working. We tried with few IE 6 browsers and its failing. can you check the logs and help us ? MS CRM monitoring in AppManager
Hi Team We have a quick query. Does appmanager team have any plans for bringing Microsoft CRM monitoring ? The entire application itself. Also, we tried adding HTTP URL SEQUENCE monitor, but since the URL uses AD Authentication, appmanager doesn't store the password and it shows all the URLs as down. EventLog monitoring entries with incorrect date?
Folks now that we've got the EventLog monitoring how we want it, we're getting strange dates in the "Generated Time" field. For example events generated today are showing up as: - Mar 08, 2012 02:17:21 PM Mar 08, 2012 02:06:23 PM Mar 08, 2012 01:55:34 PM Mar 08, 2012 01:44:21 PM Both the client system and the Applications Manager host are set with the same timezone (Brisbane - GMT +10) Any ideas? AppManager continues to monitor UnManaged resource
Even after we unmanage a resource, seemingly AppManage continues to monitor the resource and show the red dot on dashboards. I am looking for ways to deal with this bug or annoying feature, what ever it may be as it distorts the view by showing false positives. The reason for unmanging a monitor range from the resource being a cold standby to resource configuration being partially complete. Oracle login with sys dba?
Hello! We using an applications manager version 9 Build 9005. I want to add a new oracle database query monitor. Therefore I will connect with a sys login, but it dosen't works. I got a error like this: Unable to connect to Database. Error Message : ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress I think I have to connect as sysdba user. How can I handle this? John
Identify Action Dependencies
I would like to be able to identify all of the triggers for a given action. We have accumulated redundant actions, and would like to merge them. Also, we would like to be able to make a list of triggers for a specific e-mail action (the one that e-mails the paging system). Is there a query that can be done that will relate the action name with monitors and attributes that can invoke the action?

VMWare ESX/ESXi addon behavior.
First I want to say that we really like Application Manager. It is a great value for all that it does. We were excited to see the VMWare monitor appear in version 9.2. Custom SNMP Monitor
