Oracle login with sys dba?
Hello!
We using an applications manager version 9 Build 9005. I want to add a new oracle database query monitor. Therefore I will connect with a sys login, but it dosen't works. I got a error like this:
Unable to connect to Database. Error Message : ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress
I think I have to connect as sysdba user. How can I handle this?
