Applications manager No services running in the host (WINDOWS)
I have some VMs in VMware cluster and physical Windows Server (W2012, W2016) in the same network that Applications manager, When I add the credentials for monitoring the services and processes I have the message No services running in the host, I have other VMs with windows and others physicals Windows server that works fine, but in some cases the message is display, I dont have idea if I need special configuration, the credentials that I use are administrators
How to change subject of Admin Alarm emails
Hi support, I'm running a Applications Manager - Enterprise version with multiple Managed servers and 1 Admin server. Now when a Managed server goes Down , i receive an automated e-mail message with this subject: " (Admin) Alarm from the Applications Manager " How do i change this subject of this automated e-mail for alle managed servers ? I only want to add three letters before the (Admin) in the subject.. How do i do this?
MySQL Monitor - Performance Tab
Hello, I have a MySQL monitor on MariaDB (v10.4 on my test environnement) and I can't get any information in the Performance Tab. I followed all prerequistes available in documentation but I can't figure out what i'm missing. Can you explain where the informations that should be shown in this tab are from? (APM API) Where to find "hostid" for create custom monitor?
According to the guide in AddMonitor APIs - Custom Monitors https://www.manageengine.com/products/applications_manager/help/custom-monitors.html If my target is a remote server which already *discover* (by OpManager). I can provide the "hostid" value of that server for the parameter of "choosehost". The support of Manageengine also told me the parameter of "username" and "password" can be skip too if I provide the credential ID. As there is no example for this scenario. How can I achieve that ? 1.

Adding a Monitor of SAP Hana Database do not working
Hi, I want to add a monitor of SAP Hana Database but when I put all the data on the target of AppManager and click on Test Credential and do not show a message like Passed is in blank and the monitor was not added. Is not running Cloud Platform. The user was created as the prerequisites said. APM - Action Execute program does not work

Customize the logo in Applications Manager’s dashboard
i want to change the logo and was following this steps: http://help.appmanager.com/reports-settings and as far as i can tell i have done exactly that but when i restart get this: i can delete the OEM.txt and restart to make Applications manager work but still looking for a way to change the logo. I am guessing that somewhere I am not doing something but can find what it's. Appreciate any suggestions

Data retention for monitors Database Query Monitor
Hello, I noticed suspicious behavior on data rétention for monitors type "Database Query Monitor" (build 14420 on Windows). As you can see on the "config.png" attach, i expect a data rentention of : - 192 hours for RawData - 90 days for Hourly statistics - 365 days Daily statistics it works on most monitors but not for "Database Query Monitor" type : - i have about 6 hours of RowData - I have about 7 days of Hourly statistics - I have no Daily statistics Why ? Configuring Adaptive Profiles in Applications Manager
Applications Manager allows you to configure thresholds for attribute values and get notified when the threshold conditions are violated. Database query monitor for CDC latency
Hi I am trying to capture / report / alert on CDC latency initially setting up a simple sql against the system DMVs only reported the response time of the query not the results SELECT getdate() [CheckTime], latency AS seconds, (latency / 60.0) / 60.0 as [Hours] from [dbname].sys.dm_cdc_log_scan_sessions where session_id =0 this seems to be due to no PK for the DMV's and you cannot add them. So I set up a capture through an agent job to run it and store it in a database table every 30 seconds CREATE
blocking task report
We would like a report to be triggered when database sessions have blocked for a period of time. We have tried to assocuiate a threshold against the attribute "Blocked Session (Count)" but it does not seem to fire even when we intentially block the database. What is the best was to achieve something like this?
Schedule Reports - Report created but the Report Type is as null
Hi, Please help me with this issue. I created a Report on the Schedule Reports module in Applicactions Manager Plugin the report type that I chose was Availability but when a saved it it had Report Type as null. Hi Team, I have a persistent issue with a windows monitor. I had already checked the permissions of the user according to the next references and the test are successful but still show the message "Error # The RPC server is unavailable." Applications Manager Get Monitor Configuration from API
I've been looking at the ME API for applications manager and can't find the correct way to do this. I want to use the API to get a response that contains all the configuration values of an existing monitor so that I can alter them programmatically and then create a new monitor with the slightly altered values. I see how to create a new monitor but not get an existing ones configuration. Is this possible?

We have OpManager 11.6 with the APM plugin There is no user manager with the plugin, so access to the APM monitor groups is controlled via the OpMAnager users.
