Using only TLS v1.3 and v1.2

Using only TLS v1.3 and v1.2

Hello,
Our customer is asking us to configure Application Manager to only allow TLS v1.2 or v1.3.
We would also like to redirect any user using HTTP to access Application Manager to be redirected to HTTPS.

Could you please advise on the way to do this.
