License File Might be Missing

Dears,
Good Day,

Kindly be informed that I installed Application Manager 13 Free Edition.
but after a while the service is stopped and cannot be started with error "License file might be missing".

I trying to take complete database backup, then uninstall Application Manager and reinstall Application Manager 13 make restore DB.
Finally still issue existed.
