Installation problems
I've successfully went through the installlation process but cannot get the appmanager to start. I'm trying to use the sql already on the machine and have modified the files as mentioned on another post here, but I don't think it is getting to the point of accessing the db. Also, it reports that the DISPLAY is not set. I'm running this from CLI and do not have XWindows installed. How can I get this application running under current config of the server? I'm using Redhat Linux 7.3 Regards.

This is required for proper functioning of Applications Manager. Kindly set this variable in the startApplicationsManager.sh file. Example: export DISPLAY=<host>:0.0 in the script i uncommented the DISPLAY entry and put in the host name of the remote server, but it does not work. can you give me a hint in which direction i have to search ? Default Ports and running as a Service
Question 1: During the install it would be nice to know which ports are going to be taken up by Applications Manager (e.g. Apache, Tomcat etc.), and it would be nice to have the ability to change them during the install and following install. Question 2: Can Application Manager share servers with OpManager (e.g. Apache, Tomcat), and how can this be configured? (I see that the MySQL instance at port 13306 is automatically used by both OpManager and Applications Manager) Question 3: How can I configure

Hi, I installed ApplicationManager 6 beta on my Fedora Linux. When I tried to run startApplicationManager.sh i get some errors with my mysql server. I see it is starting, but imediatelly I get mysqld ended. I tried different tricks but none of them worked: - I tried first to start the mysql daemon (working/bin/startMySQL ) individually but still, it dies back I understand the application has to create some databases. I already have a mysql 4.0.20. Is it possible to dump the databases to my mysqld,
