Default Ports and running as a Service

Question 1: During the install it would be nice to know which ports are going to be taken up by Applications Manager (e.g. Apache, Tomcat etc.), and it would be nice to have the ability to change them during the install and following install.

Question 2: Can Application Manager share servers with OpManager (e.g. Apache, Tomcat), and how can this be configured? (I see that the MySQL instance at port 13306 is automatically used by both OpManager and Applications Manager)

Question 3: How can I configure Applications Manager as a windows service?
