Can't copy and paste new monitor
Maybe it's just my inexperience, but I can't seem to get copy and paste monitor to work at all. Not a huge deal normally, but I have a cluster of identical servers that serve up a java application that gives us specific data via mbeans. I want to duplicate the monitor I created on 1 server to also monitor the other 11. We are monitoring about 8 of the mbeans out of several hundred, so to go back and recreate the monitors without copy and paste is a task that may take weeks...days at minimum. Copy

Hi, well we have a ESXi with a VM RHEL 7, and we monitoring the vCenter, so, when configured Guest OS, AM send the error: The Monitoring for the Node is not Supported. My question is, when are be supported rhel 7 for virtual machine? In monitor type Server Linux, working fine.

monitor is currently in Unmanaged state- but alarms sometimes
Hello, We have a couple of Java Runtime monitors in an "unmanaged" state. However, every once in a while they will alarm for being down. Our fix is to enable the monitor- poll- then place back into an unmanaged state. We don't want to delete these monitors, but they are not currently in use. Is there something else I should change for a JavaRuntime monitor if I un-manage the monitor? Here is our current process to fix after we get an alarm on a unmanaged device. License Error Code : ERROR CODE : 535
After having a hard drive fill up that Application manager was installed on we cannot get the application to run. When checking the start up logs output we've found that it is saying that our license file is invalid and the application fails to load the free license as well. If the license does not load will the application halt completely? Where is the license file stored? I can't currently check the license to validate if the file is corrupt but our current license should be valid until August

Monitoring of availability of processes for the Linux monitoring under SSH, is not working after update to 12710
Last night we have update from the 12500 version to 12710 version, and detect that the "process monitoring" in the Linux connected by SSH are not working. and this affect to the Linux health however, the process are started, and in the process list it does appear: If we "Delete" de process and Add it Again, it still doesn't work. Soooo...There are Oracle and SAP monitors. How about Dynamics AX monitors? With the next release of AX due next year, they are supposedly targeting the bigger ERP applications as competition. It would make a lot of sense to have monitors for this application.

We have added amazon servers as Ec32 instances, please let us know; how do we configure Disk space and other alerts in Ec3 instances. We want to monitor Disk space against a DB , please share these details as well. In addition to the below I unmanaged few of them from the Bulk Config View , after some time they change into managed state again automatically which is very strange.

DB2 database monitoring - how to manage multiple databases under one instance (one port #)
So far I am only able to add one database to monitor per port number (what DB2 DBAs call the instance). ManageEngine will only allow one database per port number to be monitored. Is there any way to monitor more than one database under a shared port number? DB2 can allow many databases to operate under one port/listener/instance. Thanks much. Jeffrey Benner

Hi, I am trying to add a new windows monitor for a Windows 2012 server using WMI, but even providing all the details and after a successful authentication the monitor does not get created. Error: 1008 Failed Discovery failed for the configured resource.Refer our troubleshooting section for more details. Diagnose the Problem? I am able to ping the server and the user account does have a administrator privileges. But still failing to add a windows monitor. Please help.

Hello to Everyone We are using App Manager to monitor our Microsof 2012 Cluster. Don`t know why but every time I am getting error Health of MS Cluster is critical. Root Cause : Health of FMPMSSQL01-CL is critical. Root Cause : 1. Available Storage State Offline contains Failed,Offline,StateUnknown (threshold). Health of FMPMSCL1 is critical. OPmanager 11 apps plugin, email server monitor
Hi, I create new monitor in apps-messaging system tab. But I forgot to include this monitor to a group or to create a new one, so although it seems created but I could not find it. Problem is the monitor for email server is creating testing email every 5 minutes and I would like to remove this setting. Since I could not find the monitor that I create, i could not remove this and it keep spamming emails. How can I remove the monitor that I create if I could not find it under any group ?
Oracle monitoring dosn't show some performance
Hi, We are going to test the Application Manager to monitor Oracle databases for this we have installed application manager on a linux server and we created the required user on database and successfully add a oracle server to it , now we can see some performance report but problem is that some of other performance monitor is empty and show "No Data Available" for example we can see "Performance of the Data files" but "Tablespace Details" and "Tablespace Status" are empty and show "No Data Available"

AppManager 12600 Web Transaction Page Problem
Dear Team, We have Application Manager build 12600 installed on Windows 2012 R2 std box with following architecture. 1 Admin Server 2 Managed Server and remote MSSQL DB We have installed one JAVA APM Insight agent successfully, it is collecting data as well. But in APM Insight tab in AppManager web console, when I click on Web Transaction --> Select One Transaction --> Try to get raw data, it is giving me blank page. Application Manager Web Page problem
In my case, Application Manager Web page always can not browser on ie, chrome, firefox.... but the services was normal, like as the send alert or monitor the client servers and the service status of "Applications Manager Managed" was show to started. For solve this problem, we should restart the service - "Applications Manager Managed" or run the command - "shutdownApplicationsManager -force". Is the problem case on the memory or CPU?

hi how can we set alarm from cpu in to Overview tab for virtual cpu ? We have 4 virtual cpu with 4 core but overview tab report average cpu utilizzation so 200 % of load cpu for virtual machine was about 25% in overview report. thanks.
Audit report for changes in AppManager
Good day I recently created several threshold profiles within AppManager and associated it to a number of RabbitMQ queues. Everything was setup fine and working. However we dropped the ball when one of the queue thresholds were met and an alert didn't go out. I checked into it and realized that the threshold profiles were no longer associated with the queues, i.e. under Thresholds and Anomalies, there was nothing listed under "Used by" next to the profiles. My question is: How do find out what happened?

Credentials issue when enabling Powershell monitoring mode
Good day I have been struggling a bit with setting up Sharepoint monitoring in Applications Manager. I've created a monitor group and associated 4 Sharepoint monitors to it successfully - I however need to change the monitoring mode from WMI to Powershell as this is needed to monitor Sharepoint services, Timed jobs, etc. What I've done so far: 1. I've enabled PSRemoting on the Probe server as well as the 4 Sharepoint nodes 2. Made sure the listener ports are opened between devices (5985 and 5986)

Good day all I recently had a remote session with the very helpful Sam and we had to rebuild a couple of our probes. Everything is working perfectly now (thanks again Sam!) however when on the top right corner of OpMan I see a request to purchase a licence when using the Applications Manager plug-in even though we have a licence for it.
