I've configured several MS SQL database query monitors with custom queries for monitoring specific items on our databases. 

I'm having an issue where the alarms that I configured on the query results disappear after I configure them. I'll configure the alarm with thresholds and assign it to an email action and it will successfully change the status of the monitor and email the assigned users for about 10 minutes when the conditions are met. When I go back into the alarm configuration to check it there is no longer a threshold or action assigned. 

I thought that maybe it was permissions issue so I tried to configure the alarm using our admin account vs. my own but the results were same. 

Has anyone else seen an issue where the alarm configuration mysteriously disappears?
